I am sure you will agree this photograph is a gem as roughly
one-third of our Class of 1948 is represented in this historic photo. St. Tommy More was a
classic example of a Catholic High School during the recovery days of World
War II. Our Principal Dr. Cox, the religious staff, particularly Fathers Tom
Nelson and Jim Morley who were Assistant Pastors of my Grade School St.
Barbaras, and very special classmates.
Over the years I have had the opportunity of seeing classmates Father John
Shelley, Jim Bowen who lives in the Columbus, OH area, Art Casey who lives in
Scottsdale, Arizona, and many others at Tommy More Reunions and other functions.
Tommy More Forever More,
Karl F. Schaeffer
